“I am a long-term renter, and I had originally booked a unit in the same building, but when I showed up, the unit was two dirty to stay in. This company moved me quickly into a better unit, and overall my stay was pretty pleasant, except for the fact that this unit in this building was sold during my time here, so there were inspections and technicians in and out of my unit, which as a solo renter made me a little uncomfortable, but what can you do. Overall, a good stay”

“I really enjoyed living here. Very clean apartment. Very friendly and responsive to messages. I stayed here for a month for work and never had a single issue, and any questions I had were addressed very promptly. If work/travel brings me back to Evansville I would 100% stay here again!”
