“We booked this Galena home for us and another family to celebrate the final week of summer before school began. The home was cozy and had everything we needed to cook and feed hungry kiddos :-), and also gave us ample space to spread out. The screened-in porch was a big hit for naps and quiet time. The kids loved seeing wild turkeys in the distant yard! The resort provided a plethora of amenities and the staff at those locations were always pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“We loved the layout of this property! It was perfect for our group since all three couples had their own private bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall the home was clean but it could probably benefit from a deep cleaning. we had an excellent 3 day weekend with friends. Brian was an excellent host.”

“We did a weekend girls trip and golfed at the General. This home was so close to the courses. The house was comfortable and clean. We loved sitting in the screened in porch and watching all of the bees and bunnies. You will see a lot of wildlife. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The host was very responsive when we had any questions about amenities or anything. We had a great stay and highly recommend this house. It is big enough for a large group even though there were just 3 of us. I’m sure we will be back in the future.”

“Brian was a wonderful host. The place was very clean. I did not read the instructions diligently, so if you are coming make sure to bring additional towels. Also towels for the pool (if you use the pool area). I would highly recommend booking here. Never imagined Downtown Galena would be so BEAUTIFUL. Wish I could have spend a few more days downtown.
