“It was our first time in Evanston so we didn’t know what to expect at all. Aaron’s rental provided a great landing pad for my family & I! It was very easy to find, Aaron sent information in advance that made our arrival stress-free. Aaron’s place offered excellent accommodation. The beds ( pillows & linens) were super comfortable which was needed after a long day of sightseeing. The flats amenities were all great, especially the AC…ahhh, ( I’ve never experienced a Chicago summers but they’re hot & humid! Lastly, the location was ideal! At first we were going to rent a car but we quickly navigated the neighborhood and found everything easy to navigate in minutes! The neighborhood is friendly and we found some gems minutes from Aaron’s place. It made exploring Evanston, local boroughs and taking the train into the city SUPER easy and made our trip even more enjoyable! We plan to visit again! Thank you for a great stay!”

“We stayed in Aaron's second floor space for four nights. Everything seems new in the space and works really well. (Super cool AC, great shower, etc.) The unit is sparkling clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of closet storage to "move in." We all slept incredibly well in the amazingly comfortable beds. I appreciated the coffee maker and water filter in the kitchen. Upon arrival when there were no forks due to a housekeeping error, Aaron ordered more immediatley and even sent along some chocolate. I loved the 15 minute walk up to Central Ave for coffee at Backlot, 5 minute walk to amazing BBQ and our 20 minute walk up to Welsh Arena for NU graduation. A heads up about the neighborhood- there is a loud pitbull that lives next door (obviously out of Aaron's control) and the park next door, while we were there, was clearly a place for neighbor guys to party. One was nice enough about moving his car parked in our driveway. I'm not sure I'd stay here as a single woman again.”
