“Bad odor and mice droppings in pantry. We chose not to use kitchen to cook meals because of fear of mice germs. Garage and patio need to be swept or power washed. Very dirty and bad first impression. It wasn’t enjoyable to be in the backyard. Grass is dry and yellow. The bedroom with single bed had a bad stain that looked as if a dog had been sick. I kept my dog out of that room. The bathtub in master bathroom had broken stopper so you couldn’t take a bath. Also the neighbor’s large dogs in back and on one side should be disclosed. When we went outside they barked and dug at the shared fences obviously because they knew my little dog was out. Left short of 1 week. We had paid for 2 weeks. Because fee was non refundable I didn’t bother contacting host about my complaints. Had I done so maybe they would have sent someone over but I just wanted to leave and forget about it. The house is cute and well stocked. Location is great. The host was well reviewed. It was bad luck!”

“I rented this house because I was in town with 4 other teenagers for a lacrosse camp. The house was very comfortable for us, had everything we needed. We cooked at home every evening and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. I recommend this house!”
