“Great unit! Everything matched the photos and description. One of the highlights is the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. It’s sandy with no rocks, and while the waves vary a lot from day to day. The unit has AC, but we never needed to use it during our stay. There’s excellent natural airflow from the balcony through to the master bedroom window, which kept the condo very comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. We cook a lot ourselves, and we found everything we needed, with good-quality cookware and utensils. The location is also very convenient and central for exploring Maui. The airport and major stores are about 15 minutes away, and many great beaches toward Kihei are within 20–30 minutes. Lahaina is also an easy drive in the other direction. The complex itself is older, but well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“We really wanted to love this property. The location is fantastic—quiet, convenient, and close to many beautiful beaches. One of our favorite parts of the stay was watching sea turtles from the nearby beach and patio. The pool and family-friendly setting were also great. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean upon arrival. There was noticeable dust throughout, dirty surfaces, and we felt the need to clean before settling in. The biggest issue was the number of small black bugs inside the condo. We understand bugs are part of island living, but the amount we encountered indoors was excessive. We were sweeping them up daily, and later in our stay they were even crawling on family members while sleeping. Management was responsive and arranged for spraying, which we appreciated, but the issue persisted. Because of the cleanliness and pest concerns, this was ultimately a 3-star stay despite the beautiful location and views.”
