“It was the perfect getaway! First time in Hawaii and they made the process so simple and easy! Such kind hosts and helped with anything we needed!”

“We experienced numerous issues with the unit itself, directions to the unit and parking space, and amenities. To begin, we checked-in late, after dark, and had a lot of difficulty finding the unit. No map was provided ahead of time and signs in the complex itself are not well lit or marked. Once we finally found the unit, it took us over an hour to find the parking space. Most of the spaces are in numerical order, however the space associated with this unit did not make any logical sense, and once again, no direction was provided ahead of time. Additionally, the wifi did not work all weekend. Coral Tree was communicative about this and tried to get a tech out, however, someone was not available until Monday, and there was no offer to compensate/discount our stay. Re: amenities, there were only 3 beach chairs for a condo that houses 6+ guests, there was no cooler, the ice machine did not work, and the toilet was running in the bathroom that my husband fixed.”
