Lotus Property Management reviews in Hawaii

“Shana is an amazing host. We were there during hurricane Lowell and Shana was all you could hope for from a host - knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating with dates and refunds. Just a no drama host during a very dramatic event. Mahalo, Shana!”

“Shana's place is PERFECT! Exactly what we wanted for our Kauai vacation. Beautiful ocean and mountain views. The kitchen is large and beautifully outfitted. Coffee on the balcony is something out of a Kauai travel magazine! Literally the best condo in the complex. We unfortunately stayed right in the middle of Hurricane Lowell, but the condo was our safe haven! Shana was very responsive and kind when we told her about our situation. Made a scary and tumultuous time that much easier. Can't WAIT to come back under better circumstances. Even WITH the hurricane, we did so much hiking and exploring. What a beautiful place!”

“Great hosts. Thanking them for their stay and hospitality.”

“My husband and I loved this place!!! It was in a great location and such pretty views outside! Shana was an awesome host and very responsive. She also let us stay an extra day due to the hurricane. We would definitely recommend this place to others!!”

“We loved our stay. The house was lovely and clean. Shana was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.”
