“Had a great stay! The place was really nice, well stocked, and very clean.”

“Overall we had somewhat positive experience. The condo is dated and rooms and beds need updating but the unit was comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms need more lighting. The best feature was that the condo overlooks the pool and landscaping of the resort as well as nice view of the ocean, sitting in the balcony was enjoyable when lawn staff were not working. The unit didn’t have all the essentials when we first arrived, but the host addressed some of it. We had a drainage issue but it was quickly fixed. The coffee maker was not working. The host never provided a replacement. The host has a rule to not run the AC below 72 degrees! Part of our stay coincided with the lawn maintenance staff detaching the resort lawn, this operation was very noisy and dusty from all the equipment, it’s part of an annual maintenance of the entire lawn area. If schedule is flexible, vacation should be around this annual maintenance.”
