Kona Beach Properties's guest rating in Hawaii of 4.67 is below average and may adversely impact performance. “Best location! Walkable to everything and lots of great restaurants nearby. We loved the wraparound balcony and enjoyed watching people surfing nearby. It was so relaxing listening to the waves crashing below.”
