Princeville Vacation Rentals in Kapaa, Hawaii

“Overall I would say that this was an ok stay. The unit has nice touches to it so I can tell that management is trying to make it a comfortable experience - lots of linens, comfortable bed, spices available, coffee and chocolates. The unit is also in a beautiful spot overlooking a pool and water. Kapaa is central to both north and south so if you are looking for the best of both worlds this is a good compromise if you are ok with Kapaa traffic. This all said, I have stayed in plenty of places on the island and would say this one falls short in some ways. The fridge is rusted on the top as are many of the fixtures. The tub is pretty icky. There were cobwebs in less frequently cleaned spots. We found lots of long hairs too. Not much of this was immediately addressable my management as the place really needs a makeover. Not impacting my rating but also important to note is that there was a strong sewage smell coming from somewhere on several nights.”
