“Great stay. Close to the beach. Parking was the only issue and the porch chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall great place. Great location other than the street should be a one way only. Great hosts.”

“we stayed in the condo for the Fourth of July week with our kiddos! It is such an easy walk to the beach. We spent every day enjoying the sun, the water, and the cute little town that is Tybee Island! Highly recommend staying here. The communication was great. The condo was clean and we had absolutely everything we needed for the beach!”

“We enjoyed our stay overall! The location is fantastic, just a very short walk to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were responsive and communicative throughout our stay, and the beds were very comfortable. The condo could benefit from some general maintenance, though. There were a few signs of deferred upkeep, including peeling paint on the walls, a towel rack that was pulling away from the wall, and a broken lock on the outdoor storage area for the beach chairs. We also arrived to find there wasn't any toilet paper, but the hosts responded quickly and brought some over. Overall, this is a great spot if being close to the beach is your top priority, and with a little attention to maintenance, it would be an even better place to stay.”
