“Our trip to Savannah, including our stay in this house, was enjoyable. However, I reached out when we booked to make sure the issues mentioned in other reviews about the back deck and hot tub had been addressed. I was assured all was in good order. There were some minor maintenance issues in the house itself, but as mentioned in previous reviews, the back looks NOTHING like the five photos plus the photo used for the profile picture. There are zero plants, the sofa cushion is torn to shreds, and the hot tub cover is in bad disrepair. We didn't bother trying the hot tub. It would not have been as big of an issue had I not been reassured that everything was good. Plus, when I brought up the misleading photos and false reassurance, plus the minor maintenance issues, I got a stock AI response thanking me for bringing this to their attention. Unimpressed.”

“We had asked Jay for earlier check-in and we were granted that no extra charge. It was a rainy weekend and the house had a musky smell throughout. All towels even folded we damp. I understand we were pretty in 3 hours early. Upon arrival and entering our house, the air-conditioning for the 2 upper levels was Not working. Jay was very responsive and was sending someone over. We went on with our already plans, but by 9pm our air-conditioning was functioning well. Very responsive. I'm sorry I had to give this BEAUTIFUL old home a 4 start rating. But I had 4 other woman who stayed as well, and we just had to be honest about everyone's experience. Thank you Jay!!”

“Jay's place was as described and his team was very communicative and responsive, even dropping off hangers when we requested them. Unfortunately the water pressure in the showers was almost non-existent...like a trickle. I think there is an economy to be had if you are really maxing out the sleeping arrangements but for our group of 6 we would have had a more comfortable stay at a hotel for this price.”

“We had a wonderful girls trip to Savannah! The home was beautiful and we also enjoyed the front porch and rocking chairs. The area was walkable to Forsyth Park and also a trolly stop. We had rain most of the weekend and opted to take Uber rides, but if not we would have easily walked up to the River Front. We decided to stay in one night and the host provided us with a list of food delivery options which was appreciated. Overall our experience was lovely!”
