“This was a great location, half way between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach. My family of 6 adults and 3 kids under 10 years old fit nicely. There is sleeping room for more kids, but I personally wouldn't put more than 8 adults plus their children in it. The house is designed for families with kids, and it is great for that. We used the back yard a lot. My grandkids LOVED the zipline and spent time on it every day. The firepit was great for smores, and the leaf blower was really helpful for cleaning the putting green of leaves and other things that fell from the trees. Since we went in July, the shade of the many trees was WONDERFUL. No place is perfect, but this was great and provided a wonderful experience for our family vacation. Jay was a great host, being responsive when we had questions. This is a great place, and I'm thankful for the space to get my kids and grandkids together!”
