“The cabin was welcoming and relaxing. The cleanliness was exceptional. Well furnished, cousy and warm. The appliances all worked and were clean. The view of the mountains is beautiful. The gaming tables and jacuzzi were super nice extras. The road to the cabin is gravel, narrow, and steep in some areas so a reliable car is a must. In the afternoon, the setting sun glares into the living room and was a bit too bright for us. The blinds help some. We were bothered by some fruit flies in the kitchen, and occasionally we would have to squash some bugs that made it inside. What do you expect? Its the mountains. We would stay again, definitely.”

“We stayed here with our 3 boys (ages 17, 15 & 4). There was something to do for everyone. Our favorite thing to do was ride the inner tube from the river bank in the back yard to the park and pool area. The hot tub was a nice way to relax in the evenings. The space is decorated nicely. My 4 year old slept on the roll away bed just fine. The resort itself has so many cabins; however, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There was not much traffic on the roads and certainly very quiet at the cabin. The back porch is very nice when it rains. We enjoyed coffee each morning in the rocking chairs. The host was very responsive.”

“The Stratford was a wonderful place for our our family to stay. Bedrooms on all 3 levels allowed us to spread out which was nice. Beautiful large stocked kitchen accommodated our needs well. The basketball goal was a big hit with teenagers and young adults. This house was so comfortable for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.”
