“I can’t say enough great things about the property and host. Communication start to finish was proactive and very helpful. Pictures can’t show the tranquility of the outdoor space. All spaces have everything you could hope for to cook, relax, and spend time together. Bring groceries or plan on having them delivered because you won’t want to leave the cabin!! “Beautiful house. Clean. Very private. Small VIEW. Mostly in the trees. When looking at the photos on airbnb site, remember that trees grow. Also, consider seasonal changes with the leaves. I assume winter view is better than summer. The ROAD is basically one lane with sharp turns, major ups and downs, and one washout area (probably new). Fortunately, the traffic is so minimal, we never encountered another car in the neighborhood. The ride was a bit scary for wimpy me. I recommend you use both google maps and the directions they give you at the same time. Signage isn't easy and the photos help. FURNITURE: We were pleased to see the new couch and chair in the living room. They replaced the worn-looking ones in the photos on the site. These are soft brown leather and very comfortable. Loft bed was very comfortable, but also very high. I could have used a stepstool. Also, be aware that they use strong scented plug-in.”

“The cabin is peaceful and the creek location can’t be beat! Though it rained throughout our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing on the covered porch and the creek recovered quickly overnight after downpours. Our dogs loved playing in it! Great location, McCaysville is a really cute town with an IGA grocery and restaurants and we ventured to Blue Ridge for shopping which was a quick drive. Would love to come back again!”

“Taylar and the team reached out proactively before our stay to welcome us and ensure easy navigation. The instructions were perfect, and we immediately felt at home. The 3-level layout gave our kids space to feel independent while still keeping everyone connected. The back patio view is beautiful, especially at sunset. After dark, we enjoyed fireflies in the yard, stars overhead, a distant sweeping airport beacon, and relaxing family time around the easy-to-use fire pit. The location was excellent — about 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and the scenic railway, around 30 minutes from the Bigfoot Museum and Pink Pig BBQ, and roughly an hour from Amicalola Falls. It made for a great home base for exploring the area. The cabin is exactly as pictured: clean, cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and full of quality amenities. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, the hot water was nearly instant, and the water pressure was fantastic. Easily a 5-star stay at a great price! Thank you!”
