“The place is spacious and in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was very clean. The washer, dryer, dishwasher, tv, all worked well. The mattresses were comfortable, but were covered in plastic covers-the squeaky kind you use with bed-wetting children. The pillows had a musty smell that competed with a VERY heavy flower-y smell. They also looked pretty worn. The smell was so strong that we stripped the beds & washed the linens in a fragrance-free laundry soap. (I brought the smell to the attention of the host & they immediately offered to deliver new linens, explaining that fabric softener caused the smell.We didn't take up the offer, fearing that new linens would have been similarly washed.) For a place that is this expensive & has this much potential, I hope the host will invest in some new pillows & skip the heavy scented laundry soap.”

“My family had a great 3-week stay in this well renovated, comfortable home in one of the nicer Lawrenceville neighborhoods. It was a nice temporary stay for my husband and teenagers while waiting for our home to be ready. The community has amenities like a pool and tennis court. (Didn’t use them and don’t believe we had access.) The kitchen was well-equipped, bathrooms were updated, the 4 bedrooms were comfortable and the living room offered comfortable seating with streaming options like Netflix and Disney+. The private, fenced backyard was a plus, though we didn’t use the patio. The hosts were very responsive & provided prompt support when needed. A couple of things to note: the master shower, while modern, leaked water onto the floor due to a short glass panel, requiring frequent cleanup which wasn’t pleasant. Also beware, the HOA goes around taking random pictures & may take pictures of residents. They took a photo of me without explanation, which felt intrusive. Great stay overall”
