“My family and I really wanted a nice vacation in the mountains of GA, and boy did we get just that! We had an amazing time that was very relaxing. This house is in a gated community which makes you feel safe. The surrounding area offers many activities. We were able to go to the Amicecolola state park 8 miles away to see a stunning waterfall. We also went apple picking at the Red Barn in the charming town of Ellijay. The beds at the house were comfy, and the mountain view out the beautiful large windows were such a treat! My mom appreciated that the water was nice and hot . If you are looking to do a mountain trip that has exceptional experiences right around the corner, but also have an amazing place to hunker down, this is the place for you!”

“This place is at the top of the mountain so there’s multiple turns and uphills. But the house was cozy and perfect for 6 guests. We played pool in the basement and made breakfast with the dishes provided. We even saw a bear across the road! If you’re looking for a weekend getaway in a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place— def book!”

“12/10 star service! We had a few rather unusual requests during our stay - including late at night - and Bridget was always available to help. Above and beyond expected! The house and space was wonderful. Perfect for our family of 4. I appreciated the baby gate for the stairs and the lack of breakable objects within reach of a toddler (lol). The views were beautiful, the house very comfortable, no complaints! A note for planning your trip: Bent Tree is a LARGE community. The house is in the back of the neighborhood and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the entrance. It's a beautiful drive, and honestly not a problem at all - just plan accordingly with your timing. The neighborhood does have a tavern grill on site and it's surprisingly decent if you need food in a pinch!”

“This location is truly amazing and so beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. Our family had the best trip and we loved staying here. The town has everything you need and the downtown area reminded us of a hallmark town. The neighborhood has some challenging roads that require careful driving but the views are worth a million dollars and you get to see deer, lighting bugs, and bears. My husband loved watching the humming birds in the AM from the porch. My kids loved the pool and the views at the pool for sunset were truly epic. It is so quiet and peaceful. Perfect for anyone. The host is super responsive. Oh and the kitchen is very well stocked for those who love to cook.”
