“My family and I had a great time. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location on the lake was good for us as there wasn’t a lot of boat traffic so we were able to use our paddle boards without worries. The only negatives were the dock was overrun with spiders! Like lots and lots of them! We spent our first evening, knocking down as many spiderwebs as we could, and spraying bug spray so we were able to enjoy it somewhat. We mostly just stayed out in the open area as we were scared to go under the covered part. Luckily the open area was plenty big enough. The other negative was the kids beds had crumbs in them and stains on the sheets so we had to wash those. But the adult beds looked and smelled really clean. Also, there is a grill which we were very happy about. The deck was very nice and had nice comfortable furniture. The hot tub was huge and looked amazing but it was way too hot outside so we didn’t get to enjoy that. Overall, it was great!”

“The location is great if you don’t want to be in a high traffic area but just a short ways for putting in your boat and to Twin Bridges marina store - which is awesome I must say! The house itself needs a-lot of TLC but has everything you need except dock chairs & sharp knives- trust me and bring your own. Terrie was great and came right over when we had issues with the televisions. The WiFi was good. Having the boathouse was amazing. Definitely would rent again but might try one that isn’t quite so steep if there are any. Overall my 20 year old said she and her friend had a “fantastic” time so that says a lot!”
