The location was great for exploring Chattanooga, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. “Super friendly people, good communication, ok location. Cute clean home, small 1 bathroom. Backyard was a little uncomfortable, wasp nest, moldy gross falling apart canopy, questionable fence. Pool was very refreshing as long as you kept your eye out for wasp.”

“Thanks so much for hosting us! We had a great time. This is the perfect location and not too far from Chattanooga. Dollar General Market, gas stations, and a liquor store is all within 5 minutes. Travel to UTC from this location is about 20 minutes. One thing I really enjoyed about these hosts was the Brita filter in the refrigerator. I wish most hosts had this! The place was well stocked with everything for coffee (another huge win!). We plan to be in Chattanooga a lot over the next couple years with our oldest going to UTC (GO Mocs!), and would definitely stay here again. The kids stayed in the pool almost the entire time. Great hosts, conveniently located, very clean and well stocked!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient and close to most of the places we wanted to visit. The private pool was definitely a highlight and the main reason we chose a rental over a hotel. There were a few wasps/hornets around, but we turned it into a fun game for the kids. The house is older (cozy, calm and decorated very nicely), and the bunk room is on the opposite side of the house from the master and other bedroom, but the interior and backyard matched the listing photos. It’s across from a church and near other homes on a main road rather than in a subdivision, but we always felt safe. The hosts were very responsive, and we appreciated the coffee and streaming services. Locking the front door was a little tricky at first, and the wood floors creak in a few spots, but neither affected our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would gladly stay here again.”
