“Cabin was beautiful, but I would be careful booking any listings with this management company. They claim to "be the best" and they will let you know that. They don't communicate well, they nickel and dime for anything they can. They use Air B&B for the booking and then you are on your own to figure out everything else. Example: I searched for a place that was dog friendly. After we arrived, there are signs next to every piece of furniture about how they are going to charge an additional $75 for each couch/chair they find evidence of a pet on. Then they make sure not to leave a vacuum there, so we went and bought one. They asked if I used the hot tub so they could know to clean it or not, they offered me an extra night for 25% off, then never responded after I accepted. I've stayed some places with really bad communication, but this one is the worst. I hope the host sees this and considers a better company to worth with, because they have such a beautiful place to stay.”
