VIP Beach Destinations's guest rating in Florida of 4.62 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “The condo was easy to find and the code let us in immediately. It was clean and looked aa presented in photos. We sis not know there was an armband fee, so that was a small surprise. The master bedroom has a raised tile threshold that I busted my toes on and about fell. TV was really small and had 3 different remotes that worked off and on throughout our stay. The walk down to the beach was stairs only. I'm disabled and it made it difficult for me to get down to the beach, but the walk there was not far at all. All in all, the accommodations were pleasant and we had a wonderful time.”
