“House is awesome. Beds are comfy, ac is strong and cold, kitchen is great, location is quiet and convenient. Backyard is very inviting and great space to spend time with the family. Pool is great also. Only issue we had is mosquitoes. Definitely would recommend this place!”

“Outstanding pool home in a great location. We went to 3 different areas of st Pete beach and all were within 10 minutes or less from the house. The house was only a mile or so from our favorite st Pete restaurant, Alesia, and a short 15 min drive to hit all of the downtown area. We hit the beach 3 days as mentioned and came back to a quiet private pool which is average sized looking in the pics but has a fantastic 8ft deep end and a generous expansive shallow end to relax. The house itself was beautifully renovated, everything worked well. The house has everything needed including laundry detergent so we could wash towels during our stay. I ran into a couple of small questions on our stay, one later in the evening and one in the morning, and the host was immediately responsive and helpful. This place was so worth the money and made our vacation to st Pete very memorable, we highly recommend this house if you want to visit st Pete or any of the st Pete beach”
