“Great being on the golf course and nice having good food a short distance away at the Sam Snead club house. Very convenient and with quality food.”

“I know what to expect on vacation in Florida. But our trip was ruined by construction that was not noted in our reservation. That lead to the condo community just leaving a gate open all day. So people essentially used it as a public access point. Inconsiderate people just dropping off loads of people all day every day. And they just setup cities of tents 4 rows deep right in front of the beach. I’ve stayed at this place before and this was never an issue. And naturally the 90 pound “manager” wasn’t worried about doing anything about it. Completely ruined our trip. $3000 to stay for a week, and $2600 to fly down there, wasted. I also know what to expect with vacation rental company as opposed to an individual. I thought it was a decent risk. I was wrong. I would not recommend staying here anytime in the near future.”

“Place is awesome, modern and unique. Just a few minute walk to fifth Avenue and the beach didn’t need to drive anywhere once you get there nice area. The unit was unbelievable.”

“Great stay all around . Lovely house with a great pool and first level open floor plan and bar. Walkable to amazing restaurants & short drive into downtown Naples. Very clean. Would definitely return!”

“The location is truly spectacular, but the listing should be more transparent about: 1. The apartment not being on the ground floor. 2. The elevator access not being clearly explained. Guests may not realize there is an elevator until after carrying luggage up the stairs. 3. The unbearable noise from nearby pier construction. 4. The bathroom looking larger in the photos than it really is. 5. The Wi-Fi issue, which was very frustrating and not properly resolved. Overall, the location is amazing, but important details were missing and should be clearly disclosed before booking.”
