“Stayed there Oct. 5-8, 2026 with family. The apartment is as described. It was clean. The location is great. 5 minutes walk to south beach. There is a fixed parking for the apartment. Appliances works. The building has good security system. The elevator is aged and gave some minor issues. Host is very communicative and supportive. They tried their best to solve issues with lock and toilet to best of their ability and on time. I would recommend this place.”
