Select Vacation Properties's guest rating in Florida of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “White Sands 24 is a beautiful condo with an amazing view of the Gulf. Beach supplies including a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and floats were provided which made for a carefree trip. The pool is also great and provided comfortable chairs and umbrellas. I will definitely consider booking here again!”

“Great place, beautiful as the pictures, very roomy and clean. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The view to the ocean is great and everything we needed was there. Check in was flexible and Christopher's office communicated well and told us we can check in early.”

“Absolutely loved this condo and the location. It was perfect being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The beach was never over crowded, so much space. The condo was in great condition, clean, and so nice. Would absolutely book here again!”

“The rooms were clean and the place itself has had some upgrades. The management team at the location worked hard to open the pool while we were there. Grateful that this happened during our stay. We had friends and family staying there and it was great to be close to them.”
