If you’re looking to get out there have a little adventure, go kayaking/paddle-boarding or biking, all these are provided for you. If you want to hit the town and experience all that 30A has to offer, it’s all right down the road for you to experience! No matter what kind of vacation you’re looking for this place is ready to provide it for you!”

“My husband and I stayed at this location for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it, there was so much to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed utilizing the kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards that were provided. However, the only reason I am giving this place four stars is in the listing we did not realize we would not have the entire house to ourselves. We had plenty of space and privacy on the ground floor with a private entrance, but we would have liked to know before booking that someone else would be in the upper levels of the house while we were also there. We were caught a bit off guard when we pulled into the driveway and saw another car. The only other complaint was that the tenant upstairs was a bit noisy (dog barking, loud TV, stomping, etc.). Overall, we did really enjoy our stay, we just would have appreciated the listing stating that this booking is not a private home. We love 30A and will definitely be back to visit.”
