“The space itself looked exactly like the pictures. There were 3 of us, but definitely could have comfortably fit 4 more people. The space was clean and bright. In case you missed it in the description like I did, there is no elevator. Being a 3rd floor unit there were six flights of stairs to carry your things up. Lots of stairs. The beach access was closed while we stayed so that was a bummer, but the beach was a 4 min walk away. Great restaurants within walking distance.”

“Beautiful house. We were in town for a wedding and needed something that was comfortable for the family, keep us entertained and close to all the wedding festivities. The layout of the house gave us a bathroom for each bedroom which helped with getting ready, pool for our leisure and came with Xbox and a bunch of board games suitable for the family. We really enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again.”

“If you’re planning a trip to Santa Rosa, this is truly one of the best places to stay. The unit was spotless, had a gorgeous gulf view, and was conveniently close to everything. We stayed in the same complex last year, and we’ve already decided we’ll be back again next year. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the host’s clear instructions, which made the whole process stress-free. The private beach access is definitely a highlight, and having the chair company right there to set you up with chairs and umbrellas (for an extra fee) is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!”
