“Beautiful, clean home located walking distance to the beach! Can't wait to book our stay again. The best part? All of the incredible extras for littles + the remarkable customer service. We asked if they had baby gates and at the time of the ask they did not--so the team went and purchased baby gates and had them waiting for us when we arrived. WOW!”

“We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, very well maintained, and in the perfect location. It is super close to the beach and just outside of Seaside, which we absolutely loved. It was close enough to easily enjoy everything Seaside has to offer while still being tucked away from all the busyness. The owners were wonderful and responded very quickly anytime we had a question. They really thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable. They provide bikes, a wagon, pool floats, plenty of beach towels, and pretty much everything you could need for a beach day. They also allow you to rent a golf cart, which made getting around 10x easier! The pool is on the smaller side, but honestly it was perfect. It was a great spot to hang out, relax, and spend time talking with friends and family. Overall, we had an amazing experience and felt like the house had everything we needed for a beach vacation. We will definitely be staying here again!”

“When I come back to the 30A area, I would be hard pressed to not stay at this location again. You have private access to the beach off your balcony, which is amazingly convenient because you don’t have to worry about parking elsewhere. Liv supplied beach chairs and an umbrella that were perfect for two people. The views from the house are stunning and private if you’re looking for seclusion and a romantic getaway. My girlfriend was incredibly happy with it as it was her birthday weekend and I wanted it to be perfect. Everything is within 30 minutes or less for what we wanted to do and was an easy trip in a rental vehicle. We will definitely be back!”
