“I would have given the home 5 stars but the elevator was not working the first 30ish hours and we had elderly family members on the third floor plus we had to carry everyone’s luggage up 3 flights. As well as not having clear communication on the golf cart form and trash bins. As far as the home, location, cleanliness, everything was pristine! Our family prefers more secluded, less crowded beaches, but that’s on us for not doing our research. Their team is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this home, but for us, we will find a beach less crowded for our next family vacation.”

“The house was amazing. I absolutely loved the ocean views from the home. It was spacious and had all the amenities. The only significant thing that was disappointing was the crowded beach. The cost of the home would’ve felt worth it had we had a private beach as advertised on the listing. We had to wind our way through a crowd of probably 50 or so others to get to our chairs. We had people set up right next to us on both sides, in front of us, and all behind us directly in front of the house. We’ve stayed at several beach houses along the panhandle of Florida but this was the most expensive house and the most crowded beach of all our stays over the years. It’s the first place we stayed that did not have arm bands required to keep others from crowding in to the space we paid handsomely for.”
