Regency Towers's guest rating in Florida of 4.52 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “We enjoyed our stay in this unit and enjoyed the open floor plan. Be aware that there is not a bathtub in either bathroom. Only showers with a bench.”

“The unit itself is nice! Can’t beat the view. The condo needs at least 3 more elevators - so be prepared to wait for that.”
