“The Condo was very clean. There was one plumbing issue early on, but was handled and repaired within 24 hours (Thank you Carolyn). The Condo is very spacious as is the lanai, we enjoyed our meals there. The condo was updated as far as the kitchen cabinets go, so plenty of storage. Things that could be updated: replace the old burner plate stove with a ceramic top (hard to keep pans level as the burner plates are loose. The owner may want to update the plumbing faucets in the kitchen and baths. They all work, but they appear to be original hardware. The Condo is in walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and downtown. All the owners we met were pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, Thank You!”

“Other than the condition of the condo when we arrived, we were very pleased with the stay. The location was great and the neighbors very friendly. Carolyn took care of the issues we had in a timely matter . I would recommend someone inspect the condo before occupants arrive and not take the word of the cleaner. Our place was filthy with lots of construction clutter; in no way ready for occupancy. But as I said , Carolyn took care of all the problems. Overall we left very pleased with our stay. .”
