Wander in Port St. Joe, Florida

“We took a family trip to Wander for a week. Three couples with four kids (9, 8, 3, 1). Pictures matched perfectly, the finishes inside were outstanding and up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with every thing we needed minus a large cooking pot and plastic cups for outside use. The beds were excellent. The location is super quiet, private and isolated - which is what we wanted. Yet, with an easy drive to any supplies - seafood to cook, grocery about 20 minutes, beach supply shop, etc. Was construction happening just down the beach - minor irritation. The pool area is outstanding, with shaded areas, including ping pong, hot tub, grill and turf. Key for kids: it's fenced off, so it keeps the little ones in and out when needed. Stocked beach gear closet was awesome too. Only negatives are super nit-picky: water pressure in showers is poor, sliding door was hard to move for most, no outlets downstairs. Would definitely recommend and return.”

“WANDER SECLUDED DUNES WAS GREAT! If you are looking for peaceful, quiet beaches, great views, in a wonderful home, this is a GREAT OPTION. The house had plenty of room and was well decorated and stocked. We had 12 people in our group (6 kids and 6 adults) and we had plenty of space. So many AirBnBs sleep a certain number, but do not have adequate seating and dinning space for the same amount of people... this is NOT the case with Wander Secluded Dunes. We had great hang out space and plenty of dinning space. The porches on the house are awesome. We ate every meal on the 3rd floor porch. There was a wonderful breeze coming off the ocean and great views. Overall, this is a GREAT place for a large group and Wander is a great host!”
