“The management company was very responsive. The icemaker and the ice machine did not work for the duration of our stay and the maintenance man was very kind to bring out ice each day. I wish the amenities / games credit we were given was explained a little better, as in we rented three carts for our beach gear that we could not use because there were stairs to the beach each way. We would’ve chosen other gear. But that was on us. The only reason for the 3⭐️ for the value is because we booked three months out and the value was pretty much double what it typically is a year from now. Is that on us, is that demand? Who knows. The point is, we would absolutely come back and have the very same vacation at this house again. We loved it - the property management company was hands down the best in terms of communication and responsiveness.”
