“The place is gorgeous- needs some TLC steps, outdoor fan doesn’t work. Biggest issue wasn’t communication it was getting the AC fixed- three different tries -wasted days waiting for repair people- - pool had an issue and was fixed same day we called. The air conditioning not working that put a huge negative on the last four days of our trip. For the cost of the rental there should have been no issues. We were offered a small amount back for compensation for a five star review- I wouldn’t agree to it because I can’t give a five star review. This was the first time my entire family was able to be together (my new son in law got leave from the military only to have no where to sleep due to the upstairs air not working) we couldn’t sleep on the two couches because they are more for decoration than comfort. Again it’s a beautiful house and area. The latitude employees tried to help but couldn’t. I would not rent again.”
