“The property is kept well. The grounds are very nice. The pool was clean. The A/C was on upon arrival. Good points: Owners respond immediately. They are willing to rectify right away. The waterfront is beautiful. The pool is very comfortable. The towels were clean and ample. The bedding was clean-no top sheets. The place was mostly very clean. The street is quiet. Comfortable for 3-4 people. Could improve: My bad for not communicating scent allergies. The cleaners use strong smelling products they will change if needed. Home instructions would be helpful. Guest bath shower plumbing is backwards (hot right-cold left). Master shower hot-left/pull the valve to turn on. If you have long hair, the master has VERY LOW pressure. And its VERY slippery. The master bath door is 100% see through at night. The master bathmats are stained. The couches need steam cleaned (dingy). The kitchen needs cooking utensils. The house shows some wear, the price is a little inflated, but its a nice stay.”
