Parkson Vacation Homes reviews in Florida

“I’m always honest with my reviews because i want people to know what they are spending their money on and I want the host to know what areas they need to improve on. With that being said, the homes are beautiful and spacious but major upgrades are needed. There was mold throughout the house probably due to humidity. Stains on the curtains, sheets and towels. The furniture in the backyard and living room has no cushion. The beds were comfortable but the decorative pillows were dirty and the bed needs more comforters/blankets. The bathrooms didnt have extra toilet paper, and there was too many check out rules. For a big home with many people staying there, the check out rules are too excessive to manage. The host however was very responsive and accommodating with all of our needs.”

“Our stay was very nice. The communication was GREAT! Response time was less than 15 minutes. One issue we had and it was handled the next morning. Really enjoyed the house will stay again.”

“This home was beautiful. My large family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything looked like the listing. The community pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy, and shopping was also convenient with Sam's, Walmart, and Aldi's being minutes away.”

“Nice stay”

“The first refrigerator never fully worked. After maintenance came the bottom half of the freezer worked but the fridge side never worked.”
