“Furniture was dirty with stains. Lock on the door was broke twice in one week. There was old food in the kitchen draws like hard shredded cheese all over utensils. Floors were dirty and the patio had black stains all over it.”

“Mattresses in two upstairs bedrooms are terrible! Couch downstairs is very uncomfortable! Fire alarms went for 3 minutes for no reason! Called vacations perfected they told us maintance would come in about an hour because he was still asleep! That was unexceptionable with all alarms blaring loudly! Needless to say the whole complex was awake! The tile in this condo needs to be cleaned!”
