“Starter toiletries was not in the desc, only saw that after I paid and read the rental agreement. Regency charge a separate fee to reserve the lounge chairs on the beach and that was not mention in the description or rental agreement. The check-in process needs work, the unit was not available at 4pm, so we went to Sams club to pick up the items we needed for our 1 week stay. They called at 4:15 stating that the unit was ready. When we got back to the complex at 6pm, the office was closed and the guard at the gate said we had to call the owner. We explained that they partially checked us in giving us the wrist band and nothing else. She demanded that I called the owner. When I called the number on the rental agreement it was for the office and they were closed. I then explained that to the guard and she stated there was noting she could do. I asked her to call someone or her supervisor. Once she called the envelope with our door code and instructions were with her the entire time.”

“Great, comfortable place to stay right on the beach. Location is unbeatable and the Sandbar restaurant by the pool had great food! A couple of things I would note in the future is to bring extra blankets for the pullout bed in the living room and not bring dvds (lol). From the listing I assumed that was the only method of entertainment but realized I was wrong. No biggie! Both TVs have Rokus! The view is just unbeatable at the price. It was great to be the very end unit and by the stairs so you could literally just pop down to the beach, the grills, or the pool!”

“I have stayed in PCB for 42 years. I stayed at Regency a few times when I was younger and it was the only condo on the beach ⛱️. Its just like I remember and enjoyed our week there alot. Great family location away from all the craziness. Highly recommend.”
