“We had a couple bumps on our end that they worked out seamlessly. One of which is we left an expensive item at the home and before we realized we hadn’t made it home with it, they had already contacted us about it. They are going to be able to ship it and we are greatful for the honesty of the housekeeping service to be honest about the find and for the rental mgt company to help get it home. Location is prefect, pool is great, and house is on the cruising strip for the teens to be able to watch traffic. The kitchen was amazing. There were plenary of home items there like laundry pods, dishwashing pods, more than that normally we have seen in any other place we stayed. The shampoo and condition smelled amazing!! Only negative that I could find was that the bedroom furniture was really low end, just not what I had expected for a multimillion dollar home. However, the mattresses were great and so…. Is that really a big deal, it wasn’t to us.”

“PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! This house is NOT what they advertise! Firstly, they said it had (3) three king beds and one queen. it only had one king bed and three queen beds. also, the king bedrooms door was cracked and would not latch. other issues are they only give you two rolls of toilet paper. enough for 12 people for a week..no the ice maker never worked...some lights in kitchen didn't work. they state that they give you enough dishwasher tablets for a week... which wasn't true. oh and the bed frames are cheap as they come and the supports were all bent..I fixed them. night stands are crap. this house isn't what you think it is. look next door to margaritaville. you will pay less and get a much nicer house. I travel a lot for work and stay at plenty of Airbnbs, I rank this house as the absolute worst one I've stayed at. I have contacted the host..and they said they will pass along my concerns. so they are terrible as well. go elsewhere people, you will thank me”
