“Loved this condo!! The balcony is incredible and spacious—we ate almost every meal out there—and inside has a few walls of windows looking out over the ocean, really incredible!! The unit is clean and comfortable. Directly on the beach, so just go downstairs and straight out onto the sand. 2 beach loungers and an umbrella are included with the unit which made beach time very convenient. Since we were 4 people, we rented another 2 loungers and umbrella for the week so we could all sit together. Nice pool and clean. I wish the pool had some umbrellas for shade, but this isn’t within the control of the person renting the condo. We spent most of our time at the beach anyway! There were some comments about the elevators being slow but we never experienced any issue, although we visited during lower tourist season which likely made a difference. Host was very responsive and quick! Always friendly and helpful.”

“We had such a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time here. Everything was well maintained, and the entire experience felt relaxing and easy from start to finish. “Wish I could give 10 stars! This was our 1st time staying in PCB & I was nervous about staying in a high rise bc of reviews of elevator wait times but the condo exceeded our expectations! Never waited long ! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! Chelsea was a responsive host , the condo had everything we needed for the beach like cooler , extra beach chairs, pool items too !The condo was beautifully decorated & looked even better than the photos, the balcony view is worth the booking alone ! Condo was spotless & even had dish & hand soap & extra towels. Close to restaurants, Walmart & st Andrew’s state park. Chelsea was the perfect host , she had a fan delivered to the room bc the ceiling fan was loud (fan is fixed now ) she truly cares about your stay ! The gym had all I needed to stay active & had a beautiful ocean view ! The pool was clean & fun too! You’re literally right on the beach ! Definitely booking this listing again! WORTH EVERY PENNY! & jet ski rentals right on property is a must !”

“Beautiful condo with stunning views! We enjoyed our stay and found the host to be very responsive. The only downside are the elevators. Many times we had to wait upwards of 30 minutes to get an elevator down or back to the condo.”
