“We have never been to Navarre Beach before. The location was great, very busy area, but oceanfront which is what we wanted. The condo itself is a very good size. However, it needs some work done. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. It is caved in towards the middle, my husband and I had to sleep at angles so we wouldn’t roll into each other. Extremely uncomfortable! The two bedrooms in the front of the condo were considerably warmer than the master and living/dining rooms. The ceiling fans in those bedrooms were also very dusty. The cabinets were chipping and the kitchen counter was coming a part. The furniture is dated and coming apart as well. Basic upkeep would make a world of difference! We will not be back, in my opinion it is not work $4k besides the location is great!”

“Wonderful layout! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The views were amazing. The hot tub and the pool were enjoyable, even on a relatively cool February day. The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with books, puzzles, and games.”

“1. A few problems with this stay. We have a two year old great grandson that loves to crawl on the floor. This is absolutely dangerous! I know you and the cleaning folks know about this issue because the lamp was unplugged from it when we arrived. This outlet is not secured or installed properly. This is a HOT outlet and can easily be pulled from the floor to expose the live wires. 2. VeryDirty oven 3. Very Dirty refrigerator 4. Front door-no seal on door. Temps were in 30s and very windy. That part of the condo was literally freezing cold. No matter what you set the heat to. Very disappointing!”

“We really enjoyed our visit. The condo was comfortable and for the winter season it was a great location next to the Navarre Pier. We wish we had been told upfront that the boardwalk to the beach was not accessible. But it was only a short walk to the pier to access the beach. FYI the icemaker did not work and some lights needed new light bulbs. Overall our family had a great time.”
