“great location with direct beach access. we had a great time during our stay at the seabatical. well maintained unit with prestine beach views. The unit has 3 levels and comes with a grill, beach toys and couple of beach chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances. Just be aware that they don't stock any pantry items or cleaning supplies.”

“Our stay for Christmas was perfect. When we arrived we had realized upstairs a/c was not working correctly but had fans on and waited till early next morning to contact and they were on it. it was all fixed up by the time we were done in pensecola shoping and walking the pier! me and my family were so greatful for their ability to get it done so quickly fixed during holiday week. Everything was so clean and kitchen is well stocked with appliances, plates, cups and such. We were very impressed with our stay and its beautiful view and the easy walk to the beach! cant wait to visit again!”
