Moore Amelia Island Rentals in Nassau County, Florida

“I wanted to love this stay! Amelia Island is beautiful. It was peaceful and never had a “busy” beach. The location was great, located right next door to the Omni hotel, with an amazing view of ocean. However, we had issues with responses from the host, indicating they don’t check messages or respond after 6pm because they have families. Also, upon arrival Monday evening, we had an unwanted guest of a Palmetto bug. We trapped this bug and released it outdoors. Although Palmetto bugs are normal in Florida, this condo had a bigger issue going on. Wednesday night, we ended up in a hotel after 3 adult and 3 nymph bugs were found. The next morning, maintenance sprayed and the host indicated the bugs were located & disposed of. However, within 10 minutes of returning, a nymph scurried across the floor. Needless to say, we sadly departed early. The host did redeem themselves by accommodating our early departure and refunding unstayed nights, which was greatly appreciated!”

“Beautiful place just like the pictures! Perfect for my little Family! Conveniently close to the beach and pool which was perfect for my toddler. Hosts were helpful and let us check in a few minutes early because my toddler was over the travel time! Will definitely return here for our next family vacation in Fernandina.”
