“Beautiful villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything is very new and modern. The communal areas are outstanding with a lovely fresh feel, open plan and lots of different seating areas inside and out. I go to lots of villas, especially in Florida, and there are always things that don’t work as they should and this was not my experience here as it’s obviously well maintained. Plenty of towels. A lovely warm hot tub that heats up quickly and there is no extra charge for. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked to be well stocked. Lots of floaties for the pool to keep everyone entertained. All that Naples has to offer seemed to be within 20 or 30 min journeys. We had a fantastic pontoon trip near Marco Island through Cool Beans Cruises which was the highlight of the trip. Would highly recommend this place!”

“Wow. I cannot say enough about how gorgeous this house was. The cleanliness, the decor, and the thought put into this space SHOWS. What a treat it was to stay at Derek’s home for my bachelorette. This house was fully loaded with every single thing you could need for your vacation. Super private for a group of girls to be in our own safe area. Derek was constantly making sure we had every thing we needed and offered himself up to help for any questions. I would stay here 100x over.”

“Derek's well-appointed and immaculately clean home was the perfect location for our summer vacation. With no homes behind the property, the setting is both private and tranquil. Derek has equipped the home with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay, including beach chairs, coolers, pool toys, bikes and much more. There are plenty of towels for both the pool and beach, and all of the indoor and outdoor furniture is in excellent condition. Closet and drawer space is also abundant, making it ideal for longer stays. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you choose to prepare some or all of your meals at home. A Publix grocery store is just a five-minute drive away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as in downtown Naples, which is only a short drive. Derek was very pro-active and responsive in advance of our arrival and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed after we arrived. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!”
