“Great location! The condo was very clean and cozy. Super nice having beach access right on the property. There was construction during the day that was quite loud and lasted from 8-5. I wish that was communicated before staying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed in The Tides at Tops’l and everything from the cleanliness of our unit to the ocean view and The stellar communication from Gibson Beach Rentals made our vacation relaxing and very enjoyable despite our bad luck at having rainy weather most of the week we were there. The unit was comfortable, had everything you need to cook meals at home if you don’t want to eat out every night, and even though it was a whole community of Condos, bungalows, townhouses etc. We never felt like it was too crowded or busy. It was very peaceful. We will definitely be staying in The Tided 205 again.”
