“Nos urge respuesta y rembolso Perdimos nuestros vuelos, pagos extra de maletas, el elevador no servía y el anfitrión no nos avisó. 48 pisos bajando las maletas, nos lastimamos piernas y brazos, en recepción nos dijeron que el anfitrión nos tendría que avisar que dejarían de funcionar los elevadores ese día en la madrugada. Fue una pesadilla y un terror, desesperados y con angustia por poder bajar. Necesitamos una respuesta urgente y una solución para esta pesadilla. Perdimos vuelos, pagos de maletas extra, trabajo por no llegar a tiempo a nuestro destino, casi nos desmayamos. Exigimos una respuesta inmediata y todavía nos cobraron $69 dólares a través de una aplicación extra oficial de ustedes”

“Good location. Photos and description does not match the extent of the construction. Can’t use balcony or see anything from the windows. It’s loud every morning. No access to pool during week. Don’t go if it’s a bachelorette.”

“WARNING: This experience raises serious concerns regarding guest safety, contractual obligations, and interference with personal property. We booked through October 9, but the A/C malfunctioned, reaching 80°F, and the host failed to provide an adequate remedy. My partner fainted, forcing us to obtain emergency accommodations. Airbnb subsequently changed our checkout to October 7 WITHOUT our authorization, and our access codes were deactivated while laptops, valuable trading cards, and other belongings remained inside. We were effectively denied access to our personal property during a paid reservation. Shockingly, the host then demanded an additional $500 for alleged unauthorized occupancy and late checkout. Airbnb ultimately rejected those charges. This matter raises potential claims involving breach of contract, wrongful interference with property, and resulting financial damages. We are pursuing formal dispute resolution and considering legal remedies. DO NOT BOOK.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We experienced extremely loud beeping noises on two different nights. The room also did not have the proper dining table and seating shown in the listing, and communication with the host was frustrating. We were eventually moved to another room, but when we arrived around midnight, it had clearly not been cleaned: stained bedsheets, hair in the sink, used towels, pool towels from previous guests, and food left in the refrigerator. After contacting the host again, we were finally moved to a clean room. The entire process took hours, and we did not get to sleep until around 3 AM. Despite all these issues, we received no refund or compensation. We were told that because we ultimately stayed, a refund could not be approved. We stayed because we had already paid and could not leave without knowing whether we would get our money back or afford another place. I would strongly recommend future guests consider these issues before booking.”

“Everything presented was accurate and the view was beautiful. The unit itself was very nice. Our issue with this unit was from a safety perspective. Rugs did not lay flat and presented a hazard for tripping. The second room has a very small shower and shower door needed to be sealed. Water leaked all over. Also the lighted mirror didn’t work and there was no toilet paper dispenser provided in that bathroom. All of this was brought to management’s attention and was NOT fixed during our 4 day stay.. There is no separate shower in main bathroom. It has a high jacuzzi tub that was very tall and difficult to step out. We were very disappointed in the bathrooms in this unit. In addition there there are no outlets near beds to plug in devices..”
