“First 2 days were very hard to stay, REALLY hard. When we got there, the house had no AC and it was 97 Fahrenheit upstairs and downstairs, seemed even hotter than outside. We had a terrible experience on Florida’s summer without ac for 2 days, the first people who came to fix it couldn’t do so. At first, It wasn’t cooling, had no cooling option on the main screen control. So we messaged the host and quickly got answered. Although the host was responding quickly, the ac wasn’t. Took more than the whole night to go from 97 to 76 Fahrenheit. After 2 and a half days of high temperatures inside, we finally got it to cool after HVAC came to fix our problem. The upstairs bathroom ( not the suite one ) had a bunch of dead insects, I counted 9, and some of the shades from the room were broken.”

“Amazing beach vacation on Memorial Day weekend. Beach 5 minutes walk was one of the best we ever enjoyed. Condo was perfect for a family of 5 with 2 teenagers. Kitchen was great to cook in. Host was super responsive. We will definitely return here.”

“We have been vacationing at LBK each year for over 30 years. It was out first time at Cedars West. We really enjoyed our week at this property. There are walkways throughout CW that wind through Mangrove Forest and take you to the clubhouse, tennis courts, pool and fishing pier on the bay side. There is a public park with walking paths very close by. We spent much of our time walking outdoors as well as on the beach. The grounds at CW are absolutely tropical-lovely and well-kept. Several restaurants are close enough to walk to. The management was extremely quick to respond and they were always helpful. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be noted that there are 2 flights of stairs in the condo. One in the foyer to get to the living area and the other to get to the bedrooms. It should also be noted that having use of the one car garage was very convenient. Beach access is approximately 1/4 mile to walk. The beach is sensational! Pristine and beautiful.”

“This property needed to be more transparent of the double set of steep stairs. I traveled with my aging uncle who has a knee scheduled for surgery. The double set of stairs was extremely challenging for him. The second bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly we used a knife to properly prop up the drainage. Despite these challenges the communication was perfect with the management. They were gracious with both entry and exit times ( very appreciated ). The pool, gym and Pickleball courts were so convenient. We had family across the street at Cedars West so location for us was great. The parking was ample for both our cars. Recommended for families who are Mobil and active. The primary bedroom was spacious and bed comfortable. Thank you for overall pleasant stay.”

“Here are the problems The master bedroom bed at the foot is weird. It’s as if the mattress is way longer than the box spring. I almost fell off a few times when I forgot and sat on the end to put on my shoes. Fox that. It could be a problem. Also master bath shower is not good. For 600 a night you can do better. Also you should advise only skinny single beds in the second bedroom. My son could barely fit in it. Wasn’t advised that it was 33 stairs to master bedroom. I’m almost 79. It was a surprise. And difficult. Matt did a great job but some of the things you have you can Do better”
