“We have visited several beaches in Florida, stayed at other condos but this was my favorite. The view from the condo, easy access to the beach, the privacy and for the most part quietness. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.”

“We had a such a wonderful vacation. The unit and resort far exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony and unit was even more impressive than the photos. Wide open expansive views of the gulf and beach. We captured many sunset views from our own private balcony. The entire unit had natural light with large windows also in the kitchen and bedroom with views of the gulf in the distance and resort. The unit was exceptionally clean and uncluttered. It was well stocked with anything you would need so all we had to do was to unpack and start relaxing. The furnishings and decor was very upscale. The owner was an exceptional communicator, always anticipating every need. He was super organized and thoughtful. He always had many suggestions for entertainment in the area. The staff at the condo were also very friendly..The entire resort was very well maintained and beautiful. The beach was so private, and we were there during spring break. Highly recommend this unit!”

“Jim’s condo is on the ground floor with a short walk across the lawn to the beach. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunset and waves. The furnishings in this unit are very nice! We also enjoyed walking to breakfast at the Blue Dolphin which was very good. The Bayfront Park is an easy walk and a fun place to visit. The Joan Durante Park along the bay is great with boardwalks through the mangroves and is a short distance from his condo.”
