The standout moment was their kindness. About two hours into our drive home, my daughter realized she left her small plush toy behind. Azul Bay immediately sent a picture I sent to the cleaners, made sure it was found, and even mailed it back to us. That level of care meant so much to her — and to us. Highly recommend staying here.
