“We absolutely loved our stay here! We booked this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday, and it was the perfect place for our group. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The pool was definitely one of our favorite parts and was perfect for relaxing and celebrating together. We had such a great time and truly enjoyed every moment at the property. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and so kind throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Florida. We would love to come back again in the future!”

“There are really great things about this place and some things that could use a little attention. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful home. The good: The size of the home along with the cottages are perfect for a large group. The furnishings inside the home were very nice. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a large group. The pool is big and very clean. There are plenty of bathroom towels, pool towels, and pool floats. Plenty of cleaning supplies, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Inside of the home was very clean. The host responded to all messages within about an hour with clear and kind communication. The bad. The AC unit in the upstairs cottage does not cool well. The pool deck needs to be pressure washed and the outside couch cushions are very worn and stained. Description stated that there are beach chairs, but there was none, only a small umbr. The home gets warm in the evenings.”

“We enjoyed our 10-day stay overall. The house was clean, the backyard was nice, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The beach was also just a short drive away. We’re giving 4 stars because there are a few things that could make an extended stay even better. A laundry basket, additional blankets, dressers/clothing storage in the bedrooms, and basic kitchen items such as salt and pepper would have been helpful. Pool floats would also be a nice addition. The beach items were somewhat outdated, and the kitchen and two of the three bathrooms are older and could benefit from updating. The surrounding homes are also older and dated, although that is outside the host’s control. More garbage bags and toilet paper would have been helpful for a 10-day stay. The small hotel-style shampoo and conditioner bottles could also be replaced with dispensers. Overall, we had a nice stay”

“Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. About four hours before check-in, the host informed us they would not be providing the number of cottages that were clearly represented in the listing for our group size. Instead of honoring the reservation, they argued with us and tried to charge us extra for accommodations that should have been included. Airbnb agreed the listing was misleading, and the host received a violation. Despite confirming a 4:00 PM check-in in writing, the host also tried to delay it to 5:00 PM at the last minute. The property itself needs maintenance, with peeling wallpaper and a generally worn interior. While the pool was the highlight, it sits next to a busy road, so there was constant traffic noise. Overall, the misleading listing, poor communication, last-minute changes, and condition of the property made this a frustrating experience. We would not stay here again.”
